A group is not just a larger passenger count. People may arrive on different flights, need different drop-offs or have luggage that changes the suitable vehicle. Build the plan around each group that can realistically travel together.
Divide the movement into vehicle-sized legs
For each group, record its own origin, destination, date, time, number of passengers and large bags. Give each group a reachable passenger contact. If one vehicle must wait while others arrive, ask for a specific waiting proposal; a one-way fare does not silently include that time.
Search supports one route at a time.Use it to see the PKR fare for each chauffeur leg. A multi-vehicle group programme is arranged with the booking team, who confirm capacity, timing and the responsible suppliers.
Before approving the full plan
- Have one organiser review every leg and passenger group.
- Check that each vehicle class is suitable for people and luggage, not just its model name.
- Confirm meeting instructions, return movements and changes with the traveller receiving them.
