When you arrange Pakistan airport travel for someone else, separate your booking task from the passenger’s arrival task. You need the right Pakistan-local date, exact onward address and a reviewed journey record. The person travelling needs usable pickup instructions and a contact plan they can follow after landing.
What you arrange before searching
Select the airport from the location suggestions, then choose the hotel, home or next stop. Confirm the terminal and meeting point with the provider before travel. Enter the pickup time in Pakistan time (PKT). Allow a realistic margin for immigration, baggage and the journey from the terminal to the meeting point. If someone else is travelling, confirm they can receive the pickup instructions.
What the price means
One-way search shows the PKR fare for the route and vehicle you choose. Add the fare to your basket and pay at secure checkout: your card is authorised at checkout and charged only once the vehicle and driver are confirmed. Check the confirmed provider, service and meeting arrangement before the passenger travels.
For a separate onward leg, search that route as another journey and add it to the same basket. If your flight or arrival plan changes, check the pickup details again.
What the passenger needs before departure
Check the selected airport and destination with the traveller. Share the accepted journey details and meeting instructions, and agree who will answer if the flight changes. Keep the flight itinerary beside the journey record: the departure date abroad may differ from the arrival date in Pakistan. A booker’s receipt is not a substitute for the passenger knowing where to go.
