For a wedding organised from abroad, transport for the couple and close family is a separate decision from moving guest groups. This page helps the organiser describe that wedding party’s vehicle needs before asking our booking team for a proposal. For many guest pickups, use our wedding guest travel page; for a conference, reunion or wider celebration timetable, see event transport planning.
Set out each wedding-party movement
Give the date and each pickup time in Pakistan time, then name the actual getting-ready address, ceremony entrance, reception venue and any return destination. Say which passengers must travel together, how many seats and large bags they need, and who at each venue can answer a timing or access question. Keep airport arrival journeys separate from the event-day vehicle plan.
If a vehicle is expected to wait, make an additional stop or carry decorations, describe that requirement explicitly. Ask whether it can be supplied; a catalogue image does not promise an exact car or an available decoration option. Changes to venue timing or the passenger group may need a revised proposal.
Check the supplier and the total
Before accepting a plan, ask for the responsible transport supplier, agreed vehicle class and capacity, each movement window, any waiting or mileage limit, included extras and the total charge. A one-way search fare prices only the route entered, not a wedding-party programme. Our fare and payment guide explains how fares, quotes and payment work.
Wedding-party transport is quoted on request by the booking team. Email our booking team at bookings@pakistantaxi.com or use the PakistanTaxi.com enquiry page. Avoid sending detailed guest lists or payment-card images until the team confirms a suitable channel.
