Use the pickup date and time in Pakistan local time. For a flight, compare the itinerary’s Pakistan arrival date with your selection; an overnight flight can land on a different day from its departure.
Is the search fare a confirmed price?
It is the PKR fare for the exact search details; changing the route, time or vehicle changes it. Your card is authorised at checkout and charged only once the vehicle and driver are confirmed.
Will I see the exact driver and vehicle before searching?
No. The catalogue and search show classes or representative models. Exact assignment details follow a confirmed operational arrangement, rather than being guaranteed by a search card.
What if my passenger uses a wheelchair?
Read the accessible-travel guidance before selecting a class. A catalogue class does not confirm accessibility. Can I add a return or several cars?
