When you coordinate travel for a passenger in Pakistan, close the brief for the first road leg before adding the rest of their visit. Ask the traveller or receiving host for the exact destination, then agree the departure and who can resolve missing details. Each later leg needs its own scope.
Define the first journey with the traveller
Choose a real pickup point such as a hotel, home or airport from the location suggestions. Choose an exact destination rather than only a city name. Set the departure in Pakistan local time. If there is a stop or a return journey, describe that separately; a one-way search does not price extra stops or a return leg automatically.
Review the whole plan
The central search shows PKR fares for one-way chauffeur routes. A particular model, registration number or driver is not promised at search time. Keep the passenger informed of any changes to timing or destination before you book.
For several journeys, search each leg, add each one to your basket and pay at secure checkout. Your card is only charged once the vehicle and driver are confirmed. Complex itineraries are quoted on request by the booking team.
A first leg is not the whole visit
For example, a relative may need an airport-to-home journey on arrival and a separate family visit two days later. This is an organising example, not a package or fare: check the first leg’s accepted details with the passenger, then prepare the later journey with its own pickup, date and destination. Keep the two records clear when sharing instructions.
