Arrange a car with a driver in Pakistan for someone else’s day of visits, with one agreed brief shared by the overseas booker, passenger and local coordinator. Settle which visits are essential, which can move and where the duty should finish. The supplier then receives the same accepted plan rather than conflicting instructions from different people.
Agree the passenger’s duty-day brief
- Start and finish dates and times in Pakistan time.
- Known stops and whether the driver must remain available between them.
- People and larger bags travelling at each stage.
- Whether a long out-of-city leg or an overnight arrangement is expected.
A driver-day booking should state the duty period, mileage or route conditions, waiting, fuel, tolls and any overtime rule. A one-way transfer fare should not be multiplied into an invented daily price.
Choose the relevant hire option in the online booking form to see the fare and book. Complex duty schedules that cannot be priced online are quoted on request by the booking team. Decide who can change the day
Before requesting the duty, agree who will answer the team’s questions and who can approve a changed stop or finish time. Ask the passenger to check the local addresses. If the day changes after acceptance, have the authorised organiser check the revised scope and price with the team; do not assume the original proposal covers it.
